Actually when i was there,there was no wifi connection in that homestay but the owner was thinking of wifi at that time.you can connact him and ask if wifi connection is there for now.

If you travel 1 km downhill you will come across another beautiful village called Bara Mangwa where you will find orange orchards, an orange factory and beautiful stream, nearby tea gardens, and a couple of homestays, it's worth visiting. Instead of traveling to Tessta and then again changing the cab, you can directly get a taxi from Siliguri bypass to Takling , the fare should be 150 or maybe 200 during the Pandemic time
