Hi Momie Haidz, i was diagnosed with hypertension and taking maintenance for 4yrs now just recently after my test done mataas nanaman ang cholesterol ko. Iba iba po ba ang stages ng hypertension kasi sbi mo you also have hypertension and choleaterol pero buti po kayo nkakain pa ng mga hipon ang fatty foods. nkakaingit po hehe.
