i love how @chef rv teach his recipe, it's full of life! some of his vlogs that i watched has already explained slurry. but here he is, explaining what a slurry is with all the vigor and with all excitement to let his viewers learn, like it's the first time he teach it. and i laud him for giving tips and advices in cooking and beyond! very outstanding chef!
