Incompetent people they hire! You'd be better off going to KZbin to fix your own issues. But I hear you in reference to getting proper training and setting up your own technical schools to train the people properly. Once that's done you'll have reputable shops and by word of mouth your business will grow and prosper. A good name is to be chosen loving favor rather than silver and gold!
