Great Review! I have the Takstar Great microphone for the price! I was thinking about buying the Rode pro off someone for $35

I would go for deity d3 or d3 pro as improvement, or rode videomic ntg, but the takstar will likely you do all you need from an on cam mic, after a certain point the differences in the real world become tiny.
