Basoda is popular festival that is celebrated after eight day of holi. This festival is dedicated to Goddess Sheetala Devi an incarnation of Goddess Durga. Basoda means previous night as we cook food previous night and worship Goddess Sheetala Mata in morning and food is taken as parshad. Jaggery roti, aloo Puri, Puchkuta ,moong dal Bhalla etc. is prepared as prashad. Gud uper uper uper se dalte hai to mitti niche hi rah jati hai . Agar aap chalni se chante hai to mitti chann sakti hai aur hum saunf nahi dalte aapko pasand ho to aap dal sakte ho. Jaise mei banate hu wo hi recipe share ki hai.
