This song reminds me of college...there was this girl there who worked in the school kitchens, Lacey. She was tall, thin, had short blonde hair up in a black band...and I was just...I had a crush on her. I was kind of shy to speak to her. So one day, I said hi to her. And she said "Oh! Hi Mike!" SHE...KNOWS MY NAME!? How!? And a week later i was at a table having a soda....and she came over to speak to me! I froze up...she's breathtaking...and I'm not. What can i say? This was the spring of '04....and one of my best moments.

@@analovatic701 No. I haven't seen her in years. She wanted to start a rock band, since music was her thing. I was all for it. "As long as I can get backstages passes, Lacy." I said. "Wait...what will you call your band?" She had no clue. "How about..."Angst?" I suggested. (we were at the height of nu-metal at the time...). She loved it! But things changed....I had to go to a new school, and we lost contact. It's been years.

When this song came out me and my dad went camping at the lake, not far from us were other people camping blasting this song, I eventually went over to get the name of the song - The guy wrote it down on a piece of paper, I eventually played it to my mom, she loved it. Till this day she loves the song and it makes me think of her every time I hear it

This week I've been trying to bring myself to ask out the sharpest, most talented, most confident and most beautiful girl that's ever walked the Earth... and this song comes to mind.
