It is true that no one is immortal forever, but as far as the matter of probability comes, anything can happen. It may be that the child's maternal grandparents are alive till he becomes something good, his mother's job gets better in some other place, or his salary gets good in this job.And as far as it is concerned about the knowledge of the law of the judges, then they have knowledge only then they have occupied this post. You have not said anything new in this. But many times it is seen that the judge changes the decision of another judge, so what to say on that? The old judge had little knowledge of law or was he dumb? Or only those who overturned the decision are aware of the law? Every person's decision can be right or wrong no matter what position he is in. Just because he is the judge he must be right, should not stop asking questions.

It would have been taken in accountability if her father has some business with her will also included into that business. Now as she said during the hearing in which she demanded maintenance from her husband quoting 40k but increased to 60k is wrong but at the time she wasn’t earning anything on that ground she is awarded 40k. A family with teenagers with both of the parents doesn’t need 40k+15k+8k+pension how come when she herself is defending that she can manage two children with 15k needs 40k of maintenance. It was a generous behavior by the previous court + her income at that instance was null that’s why she was awarded 40k pm as maintenance. Court is not wrong in anyway here she herself never appeared for the hearing of her husband’s domestic violence charges of which she knew she doesn’t have any proof.

The judge is rightly trying to save the entire family. Divorce is not the only answer to family problems. Future doesn't only mean studying and scoring good marks. And where is the evidence of cheating? The way she's arguing before the court, it seems like she has been brainwashed by her parents or relatives. Just children taking side of either parents should not be a ground for custody right. A child needs both father and mother. Now the children will learn that father has committed something wrong and mom left him because of that. This way they are starting to learn not to face problem and solve it, rather stay away or leave it. Apart from that what will happen to the mother during her old age? If the children grow up and after marriage they leave the mother, she will be all alone. And if she takes divorce and marries someone else and finds that husband is also a cheater then what? Wife has a big role like a mom. Like the children husband is also an integral part of her life. Leaving is not an option.

They find themselves in a situation they can't do anything about. The parents have no set of time to fight and create ruckus. from 12 noon to 3 AM in the midnight. I've seen a lot of such families. And ultimately there's no future for such kids. They never actually do have a good career and successful family life. And parents are known to use children as a tool in their bickering. For the good and peace of the children it's best to get separated. Children have their own life. The kids won't be alive forever and anyways they are not an ideal people to look forward for inspiration.

Raising kids, a full time job: You think raising kids is only done by women, this assumption is heavily flawed. Because apart from 8-10 hours of work every father wants to spend time with his children and most of them do, where he plays, teaches, counsels and protects them at all cost. This is also called raising kids. Moreover, where do you think you get the money for the resources, amenities and tools to raise the kid? Listen, your country, government, society, family, parents, husband, other men have immensely taken efforts to support you, educate you, shower you with concessions, reservations and freebies (from tax-paying Men) to make you strong, independent and empowered. Then why does such empowered, gender-equal women/wives want husband to maintain her. To such women, please, have some self-respect and stand on your feet, and please no begging and leeching. How much support you will ask for, when will you support to all those who have supported you? When will you contribute back? Think! 3. Male judge cannot understand a women's perspective: Your father is a male, didn't he understood you and you mother? By your logic, then female judge will not understand man's perspective. Again, same advice to you, think. Running with emotions is not going to help, but only make you irrational. 4. Women have a natural instinct to protect and nurture kids: For thousands of years, Men protect their family and kids better than women. It is undisputable, I am not even discussing this. Secondly, if women nurture kids better, then you are contradicting your self by asking man to participate in nurturing, don't you think so. I mean you seriously need to think better. 5. Men should do household chores: Men's always do household chores. You think household chores is cooking and cleaning only, but please see through, who lifts the heavy weight household objects, who fixes the plumbing, electricity, managing technicians for house maintenance, infrastructure development, maintaining cars, driving them, and the list is endless here too. So grow up and women like you should stop spreading lies, that women are the sole patrons of household chores. 6. Family: your definition of family means women in the house. WRONG. Family means husband, wife, children, parents, grandparents and everyone that is living amicably and contributing to conserve and prosper the people of home. That is family. I am flattened by how self-serving women can be by saying family is just "ME". Now, if you say judges are saying that then you should know how the state of judicial system is. It even follows laws from 1700s. Where woman was totally dependent on her husband and home staying. I hope instead of being reactive, you will start thinking with different perspectives. Maybe we will not agree on some points, but by thinking rationally, at least you will get a chance to learn about new perspectives. All the best!

Have seen such cases in real life, out of court. Ppl judging man's character by kids behaviour are completely wrong. Mothers tend to manipulate kids a lot more by cribbing about the father. These kids will never talk to the dad until it's too late. Not aboslving dad for anything but, don't judge him by kids' demeaner.
