I fully agree with previous comments. Since one battery was dead (shorted), it damaged the other cell that was in parallel. Always change both cells. We are doing it right now, thank you for the video, especially the part at 2:51, we were struggling to remove all cells from the pack.

In these packs, there are always 2 cells in parallel. So I think you forgot to change a dead cell in the pack.

No brother it's not 2 cells... Also can buy one by one and replace One by one..up to you and just need to check what's damaged

Yes, there are 2 Samsung batteries 2x1.5A in parallel. So when he replaced only 1 battery, the 2nd battery that was discharged to zero was definitely not good.

hope, u replaced it with the same type of cell which can provide at least the same current and hat al least the same capacity. u should never solder directly onto a battery! the parallel cell was also discharged to far and u better replace it too. edit: but i like to repair stuff instead of throwing it away but i think u can do better with a spot welding machine for example

@@Djagran13 Sim, normalmente é isso. Mas mesmo que seja apenas uma célula, se estiverem aos pares convém mudar as duas. Já reparei poucas mas era sempre este o problema. Depois terá de arranjar células iguais (pilhas) na Voltagem e amperagem retirar as velhas e soldar por pontos a nova. Se for pontual até pede a um amigo que tenha fita de níquel e soldador por pontos, senão com soldador de fio de estanho também dará mas não ficará tão bem e tem de ter cuidado para não aquecer demasiado as pontas das células.
