There is no evidence or research that says that dandruff leads to psoriasis . Dandruff caused due to so many reasons such as fungus , extra oily scalp . But psoriasis is one the autoimmune disorder it is immune related disorder . Even googling it shows the answer.

I have tested a zillion things. The sole things that really worked for me: A nutritious diet, decent sleeping timings, moving your body atleast for 25 mins, eating right, using good shampoo as well as oil. I use just liittleextra cocononnion hair oil shampoo set for this purpose and it does the work. The hairfall was controlled with it.
