He had cardiac arrest ..cardiac arrest is when ur heart s electrical activity stops ..heart attack or myocardial infarction is when the blood supply to the heart stops..both are 2 different things..heart attack can lead to cardiac arrest..he might have exerted his body thus the heart to too much of exercise or any other pre existing condition or mental stress...a thin person can have high cholesterol a young healthy person can die from heart attack ..no assumption wud be fair in this matter..in fact medical is one of the professions wt higher stress...he has underwent a spine surgery also before..whatever it is he is gone..RIP..he had cardiac arrest not heart attack

Which increased heart muscle and pumping low.. Stress is not the factor to die... Other issues should accompany towards cardiac arrest
