In this week's Talanoa with Tupe we speak with Samoan beauty queen Latafale Auva'a .
She was the first woman to hold four Pacific regional titles by winning Miss Samoa New Zealand 2014, Miss Samoa 2014, Miss Pacific Islands 2014 and Miss World Samoa 2015. She also placed in the top ten for Miss Universe NZ in 2018. She’s a trained lawyer, and now a foreign policy officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

“Talanoa with Tupe” is a 1-hour TV chat show, hosted by Wellington-based Samoan/Fijian New Zealander Tupe Solomon-Tanoa’i, a 2020 Women of Influence winner for the Diversity category. Tupe is a Producer, former diplomat, and leader in the philanthropic sector.
The show explores the lives and careers of Pasifika people who have succeeded in a diverse range of disciplines.
