Based on his ITU results, quite a few other guys were swimming faster than him when he was racing ITU. Maybe he is a bit faster, but I don't think he can beat Varga nor Schoeman.

Bernardo J it’s funny, because in my last ITU race ever in 2012, I was first out of the water, beating Schoeman 🤷🏼‍♂️ The problem with all of this is that unless we race off in swimming only events, you will never know which triathlete is fastest. But I at least have a much better idea than those behind the keyboard 😏
