Trey Louis is now my absolute favorite candidate of American Idol, and I wish this young man that he wins! Not only does he have a wonderful voice, but I admire his mental and moral qualities, and he presents himself very professional. I hope that he will become a representative for safer school systems, and that shootings in schools will become the past and not an always possible present danger. I personally still believe it would be a good idea to built police stations directly next to schools or verse visa. That would scare off some of the cowards who threaten schools. To people who blame guns and those who defend guns: I personally believe ownership of a gun should remain a choice, but assault weapons shouldn't be sold no more. I wish that there were laws obligating gun owners to own a safe to store the gun in, plus have a permit to learn how to handle a gun correctly and have required safety lessons. I believe this would at least help minimize the misuse of guns. Laws don't allow people to drive without having basic knowledge about driving and traffic signs either (although that could be improved), so it makes sense to have laws regarding responsible gun ownership.

I know populations of people particularly afraid of violence in seemingly random places... Parents, office workers, "famous" people. I'm pretty glad I grew up before there was so much rage... I don't pray to any gods nor believe in much beyond the goodness of humanity that will always outweigh whatever greed and evil is lurking in the hearts of the few, but I do wish that we ultimately find 'Star Trek' and not 'Mad Max.' After watching this performance, I disassembled most of my guns and buried the pieces of them around in the hills that surround my town. I also drew a map of all the places I hid all the pieces and then I put the map into a wooden box. I locked the wooden box and cut a rectangular hole in the sheetrock behind a picture frame in my living room. Then, I placed the box inside the freshly cut hole and sheetrocked back over it. Now, for the key to the box, I fashioned a crude locket and locked the key to the box inside. I wear the locket around my neck now daily but I sent the key to the locket to Katy Perry in a manilla envelope, but I don't have her address so I'm hoping the trusty postmaster comes through for me on this one so that I can someday reclaim my gun parts when this whole Katy Perry thing blows over.
