Correct but their play styles are inversely different. BTR loses HP to gain Urgent Reload stacks that boost his ATK (by +100 ATK base & additional ATK + per stack depending on the level of your Breaking Thunder relic set). SFP on the other hand, requires you to go hitless to perverse her Flash Points floating behind her back and gains a set amount of ATK depending on the number of Flash Points she has (getting hit too often would lose those Flash Points). SFP is better when paired with unrivaled evasion skills but mine isn't even Perk 2 yet at Level 20 while BTR is Perk 3 at Level 73 plus I'm out of thunder stones for awakening talents. On top of that, I just need a little more thunder stones to finish his own unique talent tree. Just missing his levels and relic set to SSr0 grade at least. Would make life a lot easier.
