I have some experience in that field, I was working with a private airline company as a Customer Service Officer, and if you ask me what is better, I'd say it solely depends on you, if you are interested in handling passengers or you are interested in handling technical stuffs, Growth is great in both I'd say, but you'll have more of mental pressure in Customer Service department, even if you become the Station manager you'll always have pressure, but if you go with security, you can switch your career to DG instructor and all, that's a very high paying profession.
