Authentic voices are a gift from God but some of these affected cartoon voices are not merely inauthentic but not at all easy on the ear! Some people will pull any stunt and novelty to compete!! It's a shame when there are so many truly talented people with true talent who sing from the heart and yet have to go up against some of these clowns (and yes, I'm talking about the woman at 3:48!).

I honestly only like the blinds, I don't like the duels at all. Sure, it's a competition but "faking" a box fight by letting two artists coop and work together and then having to eliminate one based on what exactly?! This is where I find the masked singer quite appealing. You don't know who's the singer unless s/he is voted out or wins the competition.

But then it became really fast more and more just trash with one or two good singers and the rest just voted for because of nice costumes. That's at least the status in Germany.

the way she was treated by the 'stars' was disgusting. She has crippling anxiety and they were aware of it, and she did react (symptom of her condition), but it was like they degraded her. I don't think she is performing anymore.
