'Tales from the D' Don Was Episode Promo Trailer
EPISODE #2 - Don Was spends a Summer afternoon with Host Tino G. Detroit native Don Was is a bass-player, legendary Producer, President of Blue Note Records, leader of the Concert of Colors Don Was All-Star Jam, co-founder of Was (not Was), and a tireless Ambassador of Detroit. Don and Tino talk about some interesting records Don has produced, perform a Was Not Was song from 1983 featuring Don on vocals and flute from Blue Note recording artist, Dave McMurray. Later in the episode Don and Tino head over to the Westside of Detroit to explore the legendary Motor City jazz club, Blue Bird Inn.
