That's one misleading title. I really thought it was some kind of secret ending until I reached these subquests myself. They're fun and great for Law's character, but it's not a secret ending.

@@jasonethridge4506 The letter is in Calaglia, triggered by talking to Nayth after you've been to Rena at least once. The scene with Zephyr there in Cysloden's plaza, that's part of the Reminiscence Device sidequest, which is found in Daeq Faezol. I don't think it's post-game content, but you don't want to tackle it until then anyway because it's stupid hard. Those who've played commonly refer to it (and with good reason) as "the boss rush". Zephy is far and away the hardest fight in the game, and you have to fight all the lords again (all hyped up to near max level) to reach him, and then fight them in a group because dammit Alphen. Apologies if you've already learned this! My reply is a whole year late, after all.
