According to the credits it was Katee Sackoff as Bo Kataan. If you think about it, it makes since. She’s the one who told Mando where Ashoka was located, so she was the one who told Ashoka about the destress signal.

@@Renkencen She has nothing to do with the New Republic . The New Republic didn’t get the distress signal, the ship was destroyed before it could get sent out. However a short range signal was picked up by Bo Kataan and her band of mercenaries. But if you still don’t believe me, go back and look at the closing credits.

Right, so... Bo-Katan lol. Not Ahsoka. But Bo-Katan leads Ahsoka there which results in Mando meeting her there about Grogu. Ergo, this is shortly before Ahsoka's first live-action appearance in Mando season 2.

The voice is actually Bo-Katan's, even the subtitle said so. So she's likely the one who traced the distress signal to Corvus and asked Ahsoka to look into the matter, which all led to that Mandalorian episode.
