@christianealshut11237 күн бұрын
He's actually more forgiving than Leia is - I almost expected that when I started viewing this video. He clearly sees that what motivates Leia here is also self-hatred; she fears being Vader = evil, yet while she carries Vader in her she also carries Anakin Skywalker in her. It's in the same way that Han in the Disney movie sees Ben Solo, bor Kylo Ren. It helps Leia that the only person on whose behalf she seems to hate her father is also the only person who sees the good in him. Han never was Force-sensitive by any means - he may actually have the Force without knowing it. I think in a way Finn in the Disney movies is the character most like Han Solo, even though most people might say that Poe Dameron is the more likely candidate due to his character. As far as I know from his backstory, Han started out as an Imperial soldier, at least a soldier in training, and he walked away because he ultimately did not like what the Empire stood for, and in The Force Awakens Finn is a Stormtrooper of the First Order and he also walks awway because he does not like what the First Order stands for, and refuses to be a part of it any longer.

I’m with Leia 100% here. Anakin was weak for turning to the dark side, an example of weak human being, controlled by negative emotions, and his actions and words completely contradict eachother, and he allowed Leia’s homeworld, parents, and millions, if not billions to die or be surpressed by evil. You should have high standards for other people, and except the same respect in return that you show others, or they’re not worth your time, better spend it being selfless then, Anakin was purely selfish, a true sith. No matter your broken childhood, you don’t inflict that damage upon othernpeople, physically or verbally, simple as that.

Videos like this break my heart just because it shows how much love fans like myself have for this franchise. It is so incredibly sad that star wars which had brought so much to multiple generations gets treated as badly as it is. However, seeing videos like this made by fans who genuinely love the lore of star wars and the wonderful story it tells trying to fix what was never afforded to us in the canon films gives me hope that the franchise can be saved. I really hope that independent creators keep giving us the star wars we need instead of the ones that just cash out on fan nostalgia.

Unforgiveness keeps a person in bondage. As the oracle told Neo, everybody is here to do what everybody is here to do. We may not understand why but since we live in a universe of polarities there will always be evil and darkness because without them we would not know goodness and light. We must strive to achieve balance between the polarities because the potential for evil and goodness lies within us all and we should recognize that as being true of everyone else. People tend to make decisions based on the environment they have been exposed to. Do not be so rushed to judge others because if events had been different in your past you may well have taken a similar path. "As you judge others so will you be judged" This means that for what you condemn others you may very well in another iteration walk that very same path to experience exactly what caused the decisions that were made. This is how we grow and expand as an eternal being. Forgiveness is one of the main keys to opening the door to eternal happiness and bliss.

Yes, Vader could've arguably told Tarkin to not do it, but Tarkin was in more considerable favor with the Emperor than Vader, and he was in charge of the Death Star.

Leia’s voice is perfect. Would like to see a more repentant Anakin speak to her with less authority and more humility, but a great concept of a scene, well done.
