Yes, it has to be unlocked through the grade shop.

Wew awesome. How do you get the OL gauge to fill up so quickly though?

All 3 of my party members are just spamming taunts and both Raven and Patty had an item called Imperial Prestige which increases OL gain. On top of that, I'm also spamming Flynn 's OL lvl 4 Burst Arte which hits multiple targets many times also contributes to filling up the OL gauge quickly.

I wouldn't call this non cheese but I also don't think there is a way to kill it in Unown without cheese

There's a skill called Life Up which occasionally increases your max HP after battle.
