Everyone was hyping LSU as a super team last year based on portal transfers. Doesn't always work out. Its a team sport and that means forming team chemistry and being a good fit into a program.

The real portal winners are the teams that don't lose players to the portal, therefore they don't need players from the portal.

@MooreCEJr Neither is ideal. But, OU is our arch rival. Beers could have been the final piece to final 4 or more. We lose 2 good PF and we already have a 6'5 and 6'9 player and we add another 6'6 center. Don't get it.

How will Stanford navigate recruiting straight A students when parents are asking questions about missing at least two days of class time with regularly during conference play? They can’t just dive into the portal and recruit in the same way. Same goes for Cal.

LSU is an example of what happens when you use the portal instead of your recruiting class. I really think LSU is going down not up and I don't see that trend changing for a while.

Talia don't know shite, when ya don't need anyone in portal she says they "losing in portal" referring to South Carolina. Joyce Edwards is a younger version of Kiki Iriafen. 13 five stars who will all play, tell me does Southern Cal have this?
