Same happened with another Pakistani tourist in Kabul. Taliban lack professionalism because they are new in field and haven't went through conventional police training centers they will take time to develop proper security system. Keeping Afghanistan's situation in view i think we should give them some time and currently don't expect much professional behavior from them !
