Miguna is comparing Kenya to Canada where he lived. Raila has learnt over the years that being a radical like he used to be which is how Miguna is now cannot bring any meaningful change. If Raila had remained so, Moi would still be ruling and any democratic space which allows Miguna et al to abuse him incessantly would not be there. I'd still put my money on Raila to bring meaningful change than any of the presidential candidate who have no clue on what reforms mean. Miguna's dreams cant work.
