this may be an answer for your question at 4:15 ....people tell me that any material other than percambuco wood is only a substitute because some bows use brazilwood or carbon fiber or any other composite materials but percambuco is physically supposed to be the best....but then again good bows are good bows it doesn't matter

Where did you get your bow from because my daughter is looking for a bow exactly the same as yours, she needs it light and stiff. She is grade 7 and really needs a good bow now, we just brought her an expansive cello and we need a good bow. Thank you.

Mr Finckel, Thank you very very much for your time! I'm also a "teacherless" Cello student, and your vids are very very helpful. On this subject, I'll like to know, what you think of carbon-made bows. Tkx again!!

I for one prefer a good Pernambuco bow, but for under $400, I prefer Fiddlerman carbon for $77 on amazon. It is an amazing value !

This bow says exactly nothing about choosing a bow. Finkel doesn't even identify his own bow. The tightening issue is more about hair length and freshness. Come on, david...

Not any help. I'm looking for a nice bow and not one word of value here. Sorry but this was 5 wasted minutes.
