Petroleum will be depleted by 2060 according to world power and energy. Assam has started Bioenergy refineries for the coming era of fossil fuels scarcity. If we Nagaland do not tap the petroleum we might never have the chance beaus it might extracted away while rigging from other near oil rigs.
