Good evening sir, Actually 'water' is a uncountable noun. No Article should use before uncountable nouns. But, you have used here, 'sprinkle the water'. Could you please describe it?

Of course 'water' is an uncountable noun. When an uncountable noun describes an abstract situatulion it won't take article. But if it describes a paricular situation, it will take definite article "the". For example, in "Love is blind", love will not take "the" if it describes a general abstract situation whereas if the love is about someone's love, it will take "the" before it. In this manner, "spinkle the water" describes a specific situation. It does not descrube general or abstract situation. So what he has said is correct.

Climate is a standard description of an atmospheric situation of a region. For example mediteranean Climate, tropical climate, etc. This climate is standard weather condition of a region typical of it. Hope it explains.
