most important thing lacking in Brazil is the control of game pace. They lack players who "run" the game. Like Kroos, Modric, Kevin de Bruyne, Gundogan. Just like you also said, instead to Paqueta to bring Andreas Perrera. Vinicius and Rodrygo are, I think, used to to play with midfielders like Kroos and Modric, they basically know that the game will be controlled by them, that they mostly have to put runs and these midfielders will spot the run and an assist will come.
