Our condolences to the Mississippi state and Mike Leach family. We always loved him over here in Georgia. He was a genuine guy, we will miss him in the world of sports

I think Zach Arnett will do great. I would like to see Steve Spurrier jr as OC since he had been with Coach Leach for 5 years. My only concern is the QB coach.
@jete78102 жыл бұрын
I think that Steve would be good. Note that he was also on staff at Oklahoma in 1999 when Mike was OC. That said I also think that there is a strong case of Mason Miller to be OC. Mason has also been with Mike for the last five years. Mason played and was on staff at Valdosta when Mike was OC and Hal Mumme was the head coach. Mason coached under Hal's air raid from 2005 - 08. Mason has served as an OC and a head coach, so he has experience in terms of organizing an offense. As Mike, who also started his coaching career as an OL coach, said the offensive line is the most important position on the team and the wide splits employed in the Air Raid are not something many line coaches may be comfortable teaching. Given the level of responsibility and the amount of time they were together, I feel that Mike saw Mason as a very important/trusted assistant.

Zach Arnett was a legendary high school football and basketball player in Albuquerque, NM and a very competent athlete and scholar at the Univ. go New Mexico. I have not met but he is very highly regarded here.

Leach put together a great staff. I would keep it together and promote from within. #AirRaid

Hey Robbie, can you try to find out if Miss.State is gonna try and do some sort of uniform tribute in the upcoming bowl gamr in honor of Coach Leach?

As a first year head coach Zach has to go head to head with Hugh freeze, Lame Kiffin, Jimbo fisher, Brian Kelly, and Nick saban🤯 It doesn’t get any tougher than that..I’m glad Zach is our coach. He’s got a tall task ahead of him but I have faith in him. Even if year one doesn’t go great i’m staying behind him. Hail-state!

Also I know your very busy, but can you try and do a video of all who will opt out of the upcoming bowl game? Thanks.

TBH Robbie, I kind of have a feeling that at the very least our football might be like mens basketball. It could be ugly, but there will be no question our guys that our came to play in every game.

First of all Zach Arnett is the right guy, period end of story. Now ... call me crazy but what i wanna see is Dan Mullens return to Starkville as OC ! Recruiting never was Coach Mullens thing but he is a genius OC. He knows everyone in Stark Vegas and the SEC and as a human beeing he fits into MSST there is no doubt. Hail State from Berlin, Germany !

No! We have the guys in place for the air raid. Find an OC with air raid experience.

Arnett? 😂

@@jdnlaw1974 Not many know who he is, but the man definitely has alot of heart. I've seen him on the sidelines and EVERY SINGLE defensive snap he's jumpin and signaling all over the place....like literally every single snap of the ball.

Mullen burned his MSU bridge, he can take a hike. Nevermind his offensive strategy does not align with the personnel we have.
@churchesmaxiumuschicken75582 жыл бұрын
@@mixedmeter He was in it for the money ONLY. Thought differently about him at the time we had him though. He thought the grass was greener on the other side, but instead fell right on his face in the mud however. And I'd like to believe every State fan knew he would too especially there at Flordia. Dan honestly had it made here at State. He was at no means in danger ever being on the hotseat. Thing is? It's not like he wasn't getting paid decent here either. The man will forever be titled doushbag in my playbook for the knife he stuck in all our backs. Guess you could say the scar is still there...

They rushed an hired him the team isn't any better or worse just going to win 6-7 games a year like state doesn't want to really win a national championship ever.
