Alan Shields Hamilton South Lanarkshire. I have Homosytenura myself It means my body can only breakdown 19 of the 20 proteins that are in all foods it gives me very slight learning disabilitys they are more pronounced since my stroke in 2014. In my family we always say shite happens get on with it & that's always something I have to do even though I have Homosytenura & it has stopped me doing a lot of things I would of liked to do and has made my life much more complicated than it would otherwise have been. When I was diagnosed at age 3 a very bleak picture was painted of my future for my Parents but it's not been as bad as the picture of what could of happened to me. When I was at School I was always getting told buy my teachers you will not beable to do this , do that & the next thing I came to believe this because I was told it so often. This affected my self esteem & confidence greatly I left High School in 1997 & honestly it took until 2008 to really start to build up any confidence at all. Like your own story Homosytenura is a lot more complex you can read up on it if you wish it's kind of similar to K.P.U though unlike K.P.U there is medication I can actually take that helps this is not the case with K.P.U that can only be controlled buy diet alone. Homosytenura is something only 7 people in all of Scotland have K.P.U is far more common. I spell things fragneticly as in how they should it's just how mu brain processes spelling it's difficult to fight against. What I am trying to say is I am sympathetic to your situation. I follow Pollok & Carlisle United myself football wise.

JackGillies1875 Do you recommend getting tested for it, just to know? I can do everyday life well enough so it’ll be something I always just know.
