I’m so tired of hearing ‘hot takes’ everywhere. People are so set on being right nowadays that they forget how complex and nuanced we are as humans. It’s sooo refreshing hearing someone think out loud without ego or agenda, just genuine curiosity for the how and why. I really enjoyed this Tony, you’re amazing!

I loved this. So relaxing. I love listening to you. I dont always wanna be around people. I prefer to Pray, read clean,workout. I pray fof many people. Dont be hard on yourself. It takes alot of discipline to do what you do. Sometimes we feel lonely too. Social medis pressures people and makes them feel like they are not enough,or missing out on fun life etc...... i didso many parties,bbqs, bug now its like I csnt do those big getogethers anymore. I dont want to. I enjoyed it no regrets,but small gtg are so mhch better. I get to sit and chat.

Tony you have improved my life so much over the years. Sorry you've been feeling down- you're right that it's hard NOT to be hard on yourself.... I had to manually look up this channel. man how I missed you man. I'm sorry about that with your goals, that's how a lot of us feel, not accomplishing them year after year and year. And that with the world feeling different and "life is short" bit; agree with that. didn't watch the entire vid but always Love to hear you speak your mind on stuff, and glad you're still making ASMR :)

Can really relate to the spaced out disconnected feeling. Ive been told it's called dissociation. I get it when I'm stressed. It's like a protective mechanism to make you feel distant. But im not a doctor and i know ppl get it for all sorts of reasons ❤

Hi tony, I loved listening to this. I'm glad that you have found peace and are content with everything. I really relate to what you said about desire and not desiring anything as I feel like I'm in the same boat however for me that doesn't necessarily feel like being content or at peace. Have you ever looked into anhedonia? I believe its a clinical diagnosis that is about not being able to enjoy things or not desiring things. i'm in therapy and my therapist mentioned it once. i don't mean to diagnose or pry or anything but I felt compelled to share this as I have similar feelings. I feel you on the therapy thing as I often feel like it's not doing much because I am pretty self aware but it is nice to have someone to just talk to and therapists are one of the few people who won't be bothered by word vomit so it might be beneficial in that way. Anyways, this video felt super relevant to me and where I'm at in life and as always was very relaxing.
