And yes, some prostitutes' drop their job cause they might have realized they aren't into it anymore and its important to accept them and their attempt to change. But a lot of prostitutes' actually like it and do it out of their wish, if they want it and they aren't causing any harm to anyone then there shouldn't be a problem with it . Instead of bitching about sex where there is consent (prostitution) , pay attention to the one that doesn't (have consent) - RAPE.

Okay but not everyone watches porn. Please don't generalize something that is not true it is also harmful. I've have friends who felt pressured to watch it because they were told everyone does and question their sexuality because it did not make them feel comfortable. Also Porn is not how sex is in real life so normalising that everyone watches this also reinforces unrealistic expectations of what sex is.

I understand your point but she made a simple joke about it, but yes, I agree no one should be forced to do something they don't want to and they shouldn't get pressured about it. The issue is just that porn is not only stigmatised because it is something that has been charecterised as 'shameful' or unacceptable to watch. But rather has a negative reputation due to numerous research from professionals who have shown the underlying issues with the majority of porn as being problematic i.e. promoting for promoting unrealistic standards of intimacy, being derogatory towards women/ the female body, the general exploitation of underaged workers and workers who are forced into the industry due to unfortunate economic reasons & in many cases harmful to relationships (yes can be positive but most cases show the opposite). Thus someone who supposedly is a feminist (Lilly) making claims that she watches porn is also a form of endorsement of the industry. It just feels extremely contradictory as I know that many do not watch porn due to these reasons and it feels wrong to normalise something that we should be critical of. There is nothing wrong with saying we should be open about talking about sex and wanting to explore this but we also should ensure we are responsible for what we are normalising.

Such an important conversation! Sex work is mental, physical, and emotional labor that many ppl enjoy being compensated for and almost everyone receives joy from. Humans are sexual creatures. If we normalize ppl doing sex work with CONSENT the trafficking would decrease.
