I made this video to shine light on mental health. It’s hard to talk about and it’s a touchy subject but I felt like it needed to be done. I am always here if you need someone to listen. I know what it’s like to be afraid to share your emotions. My anxiety has tried to win so many times but I have a great support system and so many great motivations to keep fighting!
