These were some pretty interesting devices. I'd only heard of liquid level indicators and talking food thermometers. The talking scales I'd seen didn't come with the accessible measuring jug. I liked the boiling indicator thing but I wonder the best way to remove it safely for those with really low vision.

I am legally blind adult with limited vision and I use a white cane.I live at home,I am independent with some help when I need it and I use large print meassuring cups,different colored cutting boards and knives,I use a talking kitchen scale to help me to measure ingredients,I use a talking weight scale to check my weight,I am not a chef or an experienced cook but I get by cooking and baking in my kitchen at home including using stools to reach items in the kitchen due to me being short statured

About the currently presented item, does it measure the liquids for that type of medicine? Of course, you wouldn't want to take the dose from the measuring implement ... unless that's required? I'm not sure about that, but there's gotta be a way to safely and accurately use those plastic dosing cups, right? 4:47

I noticed, when i used mine, which just beeps, that it can’t be easilly used on a plastic cup as said cup will tend to try and spill due to the weight of the lli (liquid level indicator). How do you prevent this? Of course, the cup's quite empty when I try using this product.
