Talking Acting 18 - Creating a naive character

Any actor who consults a dictionary for the meaning of the work 'naive' will discover that this kind of character lacks experience, wisdom and judgement. The likely outcome of that deficit is that such characters will not understand the practicalities or complexities of many things and therefore will have unreasonably high or low expectations of achieving the results that they are seeking.
