I can answer your question on how to improve the pp , you have to approach it like pk , you can’t get going on skill , you gotta move your feet and then let the skill prevail

Only way I can see the Kings getting by the Oilers will be if their PP improves. It won't be enough, the Kings 5v5 play and their PK being what it presently is, even as good as it is.

No legitimate right shot on one of the leagues most dreadful power plays (hmmm, kind of like a Vilardi type 🤦🏼 ) and this team goes nowhere. Blake must make a move that doesn’t include Greentree/Hammer, or Carter George. The 1st rounder is fine, but only for a player with term and under 30. If they face EDM AGAIN, are we looking at a sweep? After all they’ve regressed each 1st round against the Oilers the last three years so being swept just seems so very Kings like. Get a legit right shot (preferably a good “bumper” type on the PP), get out of their own heads vs EDM and get Q, Dano, and Moore contributing with consistency. Then they have a punchers chance against their Alberta nemesis.
