Braxton hicks contractions are pains , quite a lot of ladies get false labor pains. Do you feel baby moving ? Don’t worry about it too much, baby is going to be fine!

You will have false labor pains off and on, it’s painful but not dangerous as baby is not due yet. Most times they are not there breathe when the pain is there. Stop rubbing up the tummy, that can increase contractions. Stop worrying as you don’t want your blood pressure to get elevated and then you get the risk of PET and that is more serious, so stop thinking about the pains, baby is not coming, no ruptured or leaking membranes, no show, relax and take it easy at home, I can see it in ur face that you are worrying. Stay safe, healthy, happy and blessed. Love your family! Johnson Trainer is so generous, you have a wonderful hubby Julie! One love!
