While he's an amateur, you have to take into account when this was filmed. In the late 90's and early 00's this style was considered cool. I can remember a lot of girls who paid to get this cut. Their hair didn't look any better. If this was today, major fail. Back then, success!

First of all, you should never cut your hair unless you are completely ready to get it cut. You should never be "talked into" getting your hair cut off. Secondly, always go to someone who knows what they are doing. This was a butchered mess.

It is not always bad to be "talked into" cutting your hair. Many people don't DARE cut it because they're afraid and think their hair is their identity. We are not......our hair. We are more than that and people should be encouraged to try different things. I wish someone would've talked ME into chopping my hair off. I did on my own accord but I would've felt better with some encouragement. Who better than your man?

Don't let your boyfriend or husband talk you into getting it cut, you have to make up your own mind, some people aren't meant to have short hair, and if your grows slow it will take for ever to grow out, my husband wanted to keep short hair, like a boy, for some reason, but for many of years now my hair is long, if I feel like cutting it , I will, but I will not listen to a man.

This is just mean. The young lady is obviously not sure, and she is being pressured. A very nice, happy woman is bullied into doing this in the name of love. The guy who has sworn to love and protect her is pushing this, and he not only ignores her pleas, but places her in this environment which has obviously been set up to trap her. The people she trusts betrayed her, and in addition to everything else, destroyed her beautiful hair. Why wouldn't she go to a professional hairstylist, in a salon, and get valid opinions and a quality haircut? If some slimeballs did this to my daughter or loved one, I would hunt them down and they would regret the day they were born. Definitely took advantage of a trusting young person. Unless I am missing something, this is a form of abuse, and the abusers should be ashamed, at the least.

You must know she wasn’t forced to cut her hair, it was staged to look that way and she probably got paid to do it. They invited the guy there to cut her hair short. While the end result was not perfect she looked amazing with her hair short. Someone should find her and ask how long she kept it that way
