Hey James! I’m at disney world and, I kid you not, I got the notification that this episode came out at the exact same time I was on Rise of the Resistance. Crazy coincidence!

Thank you for keeping up with the podcast, sir. Gotta say I was struck in the heart when you described exactly where i am at as a "creative soul wanting to do 'this', but having to do 'that' right now." Hope you & your family are well, God bless.

I didn't connect it till just now, but the last 12 months I'm gravitating but to older shows and interspersing new shows amongst those older comfort shows. It's true that the newer stuff just seems to drain me and I need breaks from it. Great epiw. Thanks

Ecclesiastes is my favorite Old Testament book for the very same reason! It changed my life haha. Proverbs would be my 2nd favorite OT book. James and 1 Peter are my favorite NT books :)

New to the podcast, you were cool at summer con, not sure if the episodes on youtube are up to date, so far im 20 minutes in enjoying the podcast, mental health is important and something I sometimes struggle with. I really like this topic. So far, it's a great podcast😊. I lost my wallet on day 1, didnt know until later that night, I met you on day 1, you were awesome, wanted an autograph day 2 but I didnt get it back until day 3. Day 2 you did the Tidus laugh when I was with a group of friends, that really helped me feel better about the wallet situation. This topic is so interesting and helpful😊

Ahhh, thank you for doing another wonderful interview with Joe Sikorra. (I enjoyed the previous one you did with him, a while back, too). It's heart-warming to hear the two of you interacting with each other; the deep friendship, love and respect you have for each other is palpable in your conversations. It was fascinating to learn about EMDR too; I hadn't heard of this before. All the therapies you've talked about over the years (such as neuro-feedback for example), have been interesting to learn about too, as well as the more general insights into meditation, positive thinking, etc. And thank you for telling us about Joe Sikorra's TV show, "Always Forward". I looked it up and found the 3 video episodes of it on his website! How wonderful! (I haven't watched them yet, but plan to very soon!) I think the format of this sounds very appealing - walking and talking in the beauty of nature, while addressing deep, serious subjects. And yes - I would LOVE to see more episodes, and I love Joe's idea of having _you_ , JAT, as a guest! That would be amazing! I see that he also has a podcast with this same title as well... This looks like it's a separate thing... Still, I will check out both the TV episodes and the podcast. Thank you! I wanted to let you know that I've been continuing to work steadily backwards through all your podcast episodes and am getting so close to the beginning now! (I've now gone as far back as Episode 6 of Season 1!) Soon, I will have reached my goal of listening to them all! It has been a wonderful and rewarding exercise, and fascinating to hear, retrospectively, how your podcast has grown and evolved over time. Anyway, thank you for continuing to give out so much positivity and inspiration with your podcast. It is helping me so much now, and I want you to know that. Like many people, I've had to deal with many things in my life, including raising a child with autism. (Our son was 3 when we first got him diagnosed - he's 24 now and doing so much better, but it's been a long struggle.) I also lost both of my parents in the same year, 9 years ago (2015), which was very traumatic. I'm an only child and was very close with them, so losing them both in the same year (7 months apart) caused me not just grief, but PTSD too. And before they both passed away, my Mum had been deteriorating with dementia, so I'd been losing her gradually over a period of 10 years. I still have dreams in which I'm still trying to look after her, and am still struggling with the PTSD of all that to this day. And, as someone with life-long clinical depression and anxiety anyway, it's been extra tough to overcome these real struggles. However, I've always practiced mindfulness, meditation, breathing and prayer, (and my music is a real source of comfort and strength for me too). And now, your podcast, your wisdom, fellowship and energy: it's all helping me to reinforce my efforts to seek comfort and strength in my daily life. And, I'll be honest: I had been somewhat ignoring my faith for a few years, but I am seeing my discovery of _you_ as God's way of reminding me of it again, and bringing me back to God again. I feel God speaking to me through you, and I am so very grateful for that.🙏 Much love and warmest wishes to you, as always, --Toria.💕

Hi Mr. Taylor, my name is Ethan Turner and I am a graduate of the Toronto Film Schools acting program, I spoke with you briefly at your meet and greet at last years Fan Expo. I also just recorded my demo reels at Super Sonic Studio which I was told you have recorded in before, I was wondering If I could ask you a few questions about voice acting as voice acting is what I am really passionate about, thank you for taking the time to read this message.

@@JATactor Hi Mr. Taylor thank you so much for responding, here are my questions. 1. What are the dos and don'ts when it comes to looking and applying to agencies? (example: Complete actors package tips, agency red flags etc.) 2. What are the things you must have on your voice acting website? 3. What are some tips for script analysis (finding your characters objective etc.)? Thank you so much.

I never thought about voice actors using air purifiers. Is that a normal thing they do or something you find helps you?
