I bought that Waldo when it was on sale for about $45. For that, it's worth it for me, for the same reasons you said: having him hidden in various spots and photos. But it is a rather fragile figure. I slightly broke one of the legs when moving it. For a figure that originally costs $60, you shouldn't have that problem. The joints overall could be a little tighter. Granted, I still like the Waldo figure, but I'll probably not get another Blitzway figure.

I didn't know about the cost limit though. I did try to return some NECA figs recently, and it popped up on the guys screen that they can't return them unless there's a receipt. So I just gave them to a friend, and she ended up returning them no problem at another target.
