Pieces this special are literally priceless. The moment you put a price on it in my opinion they're somewhat diminished. How much is the Mona Lisa worth? It's literally priceless, the moment you sell it for $700 Million, it's worth that much.

Amazing episode. A huge upgrade and make-up the last few from the debacle that was Pras. Well spoken, amazing heritage and truly fascinating.
@phillippugh21616 жыл бұрын
Victor Cotto really, how about everybody is different . Pras has his style an this guy has he's . Let me guess was it really the fact that one's a black rapper an the other is not . So that automatically makes he's passion for watches more important over Pras . Are how about you tell us how you really feel
@victorcotto66996 жыл бұрын
Who said anything about race? YOU ARE A DOUCHE. Why do discussions and points that aren't necessarily in line with your own, have to be taken as racist? You are a dope. Go fuck yourself. How about that? Pras' 2nd appearance was disastrous -- it offered little insight... and I ask you, how many times did the interviewer was able to touch, manipulate or display the watches Pras had? How many times were his watches ever pulled out of the precious coffins they were in? It was a waste of a TW. Moreover, the fact that he became the first of the 2nd timers was a fail due to his ability to convey any personal or intimate worthy musings regarding his timepieces. It was, "well, I could buy this.. so I did," crap. The most beautiful TW episodes are ones where you can see connections to the timepieces and they are proudly handled and displayed... so Philip, tale your fascination with race and assumptions of racism and race baiting garbage and shove it up your cunt.

I used to know someone named Victor Cotto... couldn't possibly be you... could it....... HM..
@phillippugh21616 жыл бұрын
Victor Cotto the truth hurts. I got the triggered response I thought I'd get from you . Next time you see in the description the the reviewed person is a rapper , athlete or actor you just pass on that one . Cuz I'm sure there idiology of a watch horologist is not going to meet your high standard....but that's ok keep it moving

Thank you for this fantastic interview. I love the watches shown here including his father’s German Day-Date and the early Rolex Oyster on leather. And of course the Pateks. Very a beautiful Patek chrono. It is funny that my father has also given me a German Day-Date as a present for my 30th. It is the classic YG 118238 with champagne stick luminova dial and engraved rehaut. It must be a German tradition! Rolex and Patek will always be very dear to my heart. I still do not have a single Patek in my collection. My father has some beautiful high end watches from Breguet, ALS and JLC but he never bought a Patek for some reason. Not an AP for that matter. I am glad that I can share this love of watches with my father and I hope that when I have a son, I will also be able to share this passion with him and give him the same Day-Date my father has given me or perhaps my BLNR, my daily watch, as a starter watch, if steel remains popular 20-30 years from now.
