I just found the front porch today. I wish the front porch still had the chairs with the brothers sitting in them. I appreciate their hearts for the Lord and Shepherding and I appreciate their wisdom and experience. Any chance that those warn white chairs on the porch will be occupied again? God bless

This was very good, in terms of establishing a point of biblical reference and context as most individuals who fell called to the ministry are concentrating on the oratory side of it. I have participated in ministries, where there were thousands of sheep and where there were single digits. Shepherding is often difficult, due to how churches are set up administratively and geographically. The vision of the Pastor, will usually be the instrument that gives an indicator of where things are headed. "Giftedness" without sound doctrine, often leads the under sheperd and the sheep into precarious positions.
