I worked from the age of 15 to 72 that’s 58 years of paying tax and NI. I took the Governments advice and paid into a pension and saved as much as I could. Now that I am retired my income comes from my pension and the investments I made on which I pay tax to the Government. I am no longer a working man because at 77 I no longer get up in the morning to go to work, therefore according to Mr Starmer I am to pay even more tax on my income to allow them to give my money to others who did not get a pension and who did not save their money for their old age. Why on earth did I bother, I should have had the holidays that I missed, spent my money down the pub and then allowed the Labour Government to take money from others who did save, because according to Mr Starmer, we have a duty to give our hard earned money to those who have already spent their money on themselves. It is disgusting.

All he is interested in is having his hand in the money jar for the next 5 years then he will jet off and live like a king on his rest of life salary paid for by the tax payer along with his body guards to then write a box saying where it all went wrong. It's simple to understand the budget, if it pushes up the cost of living it'll mean inflation will rise as people will want even more wage rises. If it hits employers then the jobs market will suffer, it might mean a lot of job losses. Make no mistake, this will be a budget to find the money for an ever increasing amount of Labour policies that will fast track the UK to the same level of crisis as 2010.

Labour have kept to their core principles, tax, and spend, (or waste). They've never been any different, except this time it's two tier. The public sector, i.e., NHS, state school teachers, and service employees don't get taxed, but will be tax refunded, but private companies and it's workers do get taxed, and anyone with savings, private pensions, shares, will be taxed.
