I live in one of the Welsh Cities mentioned, I tried to get a council house and was told I was 4,000th on the list even though I am disabled. The A & E in our local hospital is so overcrowded you can be there 48 hrs. with only 2 Doctors on duty and the Nurse in Triage in tears literally in tears .Usually you can only consult a Doctor by telephone. Apparently we can help them with Bank Accounts etc. How about looking after our own first.

Two thirds of the Welsh Refugee Council funding comes from the Welsh Government. This funding is inflation busting, being up from 2023 to 2024 by 13%! One must assume it will follow the same trend going forwards. Is it really a charity or simply a part of the Welsh Labour political movement? The NHS waiting lists in Wales are higher than anywhere else in the UK - including the North East of England which has similar demographics and geographic challenges.
