Rachel Reeves only allows a person to own £325,000 tax free on death. Everything above this is taxed at 40%. This amount of Inheritance Tax allowance has been frozen for 15 years, and will continue to be frozen for another 6 years yet. What's the point in being in a country where you can't pass on what you own without a death tax being imposed on it? Especially unfair when you paid tax already on the income used to buy the assets, so it amounts to double taxation?

Look at places Like Monaco, no personal tax nor does it impose capital gains tax or net wealth taxes yet the streets are jet washed, the gardens/ parks are beautifully maintained, you can walk down the street with a million pound watch on your wrist, lots of police, people who work there are covered by the Monagasque social security system, what have we got? Massive taxes, can’t take your phone out your pocket in the streets are covered it potholes and rubbish, phone the police because your home is being burgled and they may send someone around in a weeks time to give you a crime number.

There is a huge misunderstanding here. Millionaires do not pay income tax. They have wealth and they might pay capital gains tax at 20%, but they more likely take out loans against their assets and __do not pay tax at all__, instead they pay some interest to the banks at most 5%.
