Former MEP Ben Habib joins Talk’s Peter Cardwell, discussing the European Union’s hypocrisy in migration policies.
He notes that despite criticising the UK’s Rwanda plan, which was axed by Keir Starmer, many EU countries are adopting similar strategies.

I mean wtf , hotels booked up for the next 8 years, and nearly 64.000 migrants about to be granted permanent stay in the UK. And to top it off a homeless shelter for elderly men closed down last month as the local authorities ceased funding, it's now being turned into a place of worship..

@@juliebartlett3861 Yep you got . Its right opposite where we live, was so sad to see it close , it looked like a large town house with grounds , plenty of off road parking, steps leading up to double doors. We thought it would be redeveloped into luxury flats as usually is the case, but no how wrong we were.... No money to fund elderly homeless men , but money to fund and support a place of worship, it's upsetting and disturbing and we weren't even told about it . We contacted the local council office who told us the plans went straight through without any disputes, Ooh ok then ...

The difference between the UK and countries like Poland is that Poland has solidarity. They don't have a massive number of hostile traitors among their own citizens standing in the way of rational progress. I am referring to 1 woke politicians 2 woke civil servants 3 woke media channels 4 lefty lawyers 5 the gaslit simpletons of the general public who don't seem to know the difference between selflessness and self destruction.

Why isn’t anyone asking “when did the British public ask for this?” The government keep telling us that “Britain is a caring country that wants to show compassion by letting the world move here without question” if this is truly what the public want then put it to referendum! We all know what the outcome of that would be. Problem is the government and the opposition want to fill the country with sympathetic voters before the British public scrap the two parties that have held power for generations permanently

If I come across a genie lamp somehow, you lot in the comment section know I will vote Ben Habib in right here, right now. I won't ask for millions of money, or a lady with big badonkas, or to be loved by all because why the heck not. I will simply wish Ben Habib into power, make labour shame themselves by telling the truth, get Ben to sort out the immigrant issue, and make it so that there will be a process in place for big country decisions that lets us also have a vote in what we want our government to do.

Twenty years too late to control it. Even if you stop it completely for the next ten years tomorrow you still have 30 years to undo. Meanwhile the process has been deliberately made lengthy and clogged so they reach the 5 year limit that then legally grants them the opportunity to apply for permanent residency and citizenship regardless if they came through a legal port of entry or not.

Me and "my lot" are the guy on the left, and we all voted to leave and control our own borders (so we were told at the time), without any idea why we were in it in the first place. Now if you have even clanced into how that whole leaving thing has gone we see its a disaster for trade and business, and controlling our own border??? well, that a joke now.
