I am an American Catholic, and during the time the churches were closed, and further, all our parishes and priests took to You Tube and broadcast the masses they celebrated. It was kind of fun to talk to people about whose Mass they watched. The priest that married us was moved to a parish far away, but we joined him on YT for Sunday mass during that time. My brother in law was weirdly watching my mother's pastor at a church he did not attend normally. We watched Easter mass for two years from the Vatican with the Pope. I enjoyed that. We couldn't receive Communion, but we participated from home and said all the responses and prayers along with the YT congregation.

I am a British Catholic and we were also able to zoom the Masses, some of the elderly and disabled are still doing this, and as you say, if they move Parishes they can stream Masses from other churches! Interestingly we seem to have a larger congregation as a result! 🙂

I’m in American, but I decided I would vote on this. I love the plank of the week! Archbishop gets my vote every time. To be an archbishop, you would think that he would do more than wear that funny hat, you would think that he would actually be a Christian. His actions seem to negate that fact. Also, the Pledge of Allegiance is a really bad idea. In the United States, we pledge allegiance to our flag, not our president. I would shoot myself before I would Pledge of Allegiance to Joe Biden! But that flag represents all of us, all of the time, and all we have fought for, no, I’m afraid it’s going to make a lot of people very uncomfortable. Thanks for letting me vote!
