There was a peaceful protest in Sri Lanka. The people gathered at the galleface ground even held various special events. There were short dramas, musical programs and even a library. The publication of this as a 100-day peaceful protest in the international news became a big disgrace to the government. On May 9, the government took a decision to break into the galleface ground and destroy it.
