The United States, the United Kingdom, France, Portugal, Australia, Spain, Denmark, the Netherlands, and New Zealand have (and are still not going to abandon) their own colonies. The Russian authorities pursued a cautious religious policy, did not overly burden with taxes, and representatives of the nobles were honored with ranks, awards, introduced into the military or state elite. Could this be the case in the United States, where by the end of the 19th century, the number of Indians (compared to the beginning of the settlement of their lands by Europeans) had decreased 20-fold?! In terms of modern political science, Russia had no colonies. The colony, in the modern sense, is not only obliged to be dependent politically and economically exploited, but also separated territorially and geographically. British colonies in North America, Indostane... Portugal in Africa, South America... and so on. False statement of modern politicians indicates that they do not know the history of the Russian civilization. believe that colonization was the annexation of Siberia, Central Asia, California, Alaska and the Caucasus. Only all these territories were not «conquered» in the full sense of the word. Local elites were integrated into the Russian elite, indigenous peoples had their own culture, religion.

The colonies of Europe, as a result of the American Revolutions, came out of the influence of the metropolises, the regions annexed to Russia remained in its composition. Colonialism, in short, is Western globalism at an early stage of development, and "colonization was the main way to remake the new world according to the European model" (Livin). It is not separate from the concept of civilizational mission. From the point of view of the Western colonialists, the enlightened and civilized had the right to intervene in the affairs of the "savages" and the "barbarians". The current ideology of human rights is based on this belief. The white man knows better how to live, so he has the right to destroy foreign countries and societies, if they do not live there. Western countries have the right to humanitarian intervention or to impose sanctions for the sake of democracy and the "rules-based world order" that they have invented.
